Mind the Gate ("we") provides an AI phone-answering service for small businesses. Use of the service is governed by each customer's Service Agreement; these terms cover this website and our SMS notification program.
Program name: Mind the Gate Call Notifications.
Description: transactional text messages sent to Mind the Gate business customers summarizing calls answered on their own business phone line (caller, need, urgency, callback number) and occasional service notices. No marketing messages. This program contains no third-party marketing of any kind: messages are sent solely by Mind the Gate, about the customer's own account.
Opt-in is optional and voluntary: customers enroll by providing a mobile number in the SMS-notifications step of onboarding. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of using the service, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Message frequency varies with the customer's call volume — typically one message per answered call.
